MAJOR TWO STRUCTURAL DESIGN PROJECTS
➢ Structural analyzing, designing & detaining of Prayer Hall Building as per IS Codes of CSI Church
Building, Trichy Road, Coimbatore. The building has designed as RCC Framed Structure with Semi
basement + 5 Floors and has total area of 49,370 sft ( two floors car parking, one floor dining hall, one
floor Hall, Chapel & office) by me during the year 2019
.
➢ Structural analyzing, designing & detaining of School Building as per IS Codes of Mater Dei ICSE
School which is run by Diocese of Ramanathapuram, L& T By pass Road, Pattanam, Coimbatore. The
building was designed as RCC Framed Structure with Ground + 2 Floors and had total area of 82,659 sft
(Academic block + Admin block) by me during the year 2017.
➢ Analyzing, designing & detaining of Residential Apartment Building as per IS Codes of
A.V.Properties (I) Pvt Ltd, Sathy Road, Visuvasapuram, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. The building was
designed as RCC Framed Structure with Stilt + 4 Floors and had total area of 1,65,356 sft by me during
the year 2015
